Information we collect
When you request a quotation or sample, we may collect your name, company and contact details, delivery country, product requirements, messages and uploaded artwork.
Why we use it
We use this information to review production feasibility, prepare and follow up a quotation, answer your enquiry, arrange a sample or order, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract, performance of an order, legitimate business administration and, where requested, consent.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by the website/form hosting service, communication providers and, where necessary for an agreed order, logistics or professional service providers. As EG Label operates in Türkiye, information submitted from another country may be processed in Türkiye.
Retention
Enquiry records and artwork are normally retained for up to 24 months to prepare quotations and support repeat enquiries, unless a longer period is required for an order, legal obligation or dispute. You may ask us to delete an inactive enquiry earlier where legally permitted.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent by contacting us. You may also contact the data-protection authority in your country.
Cookies and measurement
With your consent only, this site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure how visitors reach the site and whether an advertisement led to a quotation request, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail contact. These tags may set cookies and process your IP address, device and page-visit data, and a click identifier from the advertisement. Until you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, advertising and analytics storage stays switched off and no identifying cookies are set; if you decline, they remain off. You can change your decision by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which the banner appears again. Google may process data outside your country; see Google’s privacy policy for details. The legal basis for these tags is your consent.
Form submissions. Quote requests sent from this site are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the form data and any attached file to our e-mail address. Your data is processed by that service in transit and is not stored on this website.
